Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SeoTempo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeoTempo is an SEO platform that provides website auditing, keyword tracking, AI-powered content strategy, WordPress integration, and related tools. The Service is available in free and paid tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or access the Service through automated means beyond normal API usage.
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits or abuse the free tier.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or phishing content.
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

5. Free and Paid Plans

  • The free plan includes advertisements and usage limits as described on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in EUR.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service (site URLs, content, keywords).
  • You grant SeoTempo a license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.
  • AI-generated content (briefs, suggestions) is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs generated from your data.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.

7. WordPress Integration

When you connect your WordPress site, SeoTempo accesses your site's content through the WordPress REST API using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to modify content on connected WordPress sites. SeoTempo is not liable for changes made to your WordPress site through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeoTempo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service with reasonable notice. The free tier may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
