1. Service and acceptance

SEO Tempo is published by Smart Impact Sàrl, avenue Cardinal-Mermillod 36, 1227 Carouge, Switzerland, reachable at contact@seotempo.com. The service provides site audit tools, SEO analysis, keyword tracking, content preparation, and connection to third-party services. By creating an account, you accept these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

2. Account and permissions

You provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and grant access only to authorized people. You must have the legal capacity to contract and hold the necessary rights over the connected sites, Google accounts, business locations, and content. If you act on behalf of a client, you must be authorized to act for them.

3. Authorized use

You use the service in compliance with the law and the rights of third parties. It is prohibited to bypass access controls or quotas, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, unlawfully collect data, or publish illegal, misleading content or content that infringes on the rights of others.

4. Google and WordPress connections

Connections are optional and remain subject to the rules of the relevant providers. You choose which sites and properties are accessible. Search Console and Analytics access is used to read data. The Business Profile connection notably allows managing review replies. You are responsible for the content and publishing actions you initiate, including on WordPress.

You can remove a connection. This action may make some features unavailable and does not automatically delete data already imported. Details are provided in the privacy policy. SEO Tempo is an independent service; the names Google and WordPress refer to the services it can connect to.

5. Content and artificial intelligence

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You authorize its processing to the extent necessary to carry out the requested features. AI results and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing content. You must review them, verify the associated facts and rights, and approve their use before publication. No search engine ranking, traffic volume, or business outcome is guaranteed.

6. Plans and payment

The applicable features, limits, pricing, taxes, durations, and renewal terms are those presented when you subscribed or in your contract. A paid option requires your prior acceptance. Cancellation and refund terms are those of the plan you accepted, subject to applicable mandatory rights. This page does not create any promise of unlimited free access.

7. Availability and liability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security, or a third-party provider failure. You should keep a copy of your important content and review actions that may modify your sites. Each party's liability is assessed under applicable law; no clause is intended to exclude a liability or right that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination of service

Access may be suspended in the event of abuse, a security incident, or a breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow. You can request deletion of your account in the settings. How data is processed and retained after this request is described in the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

Rights to the platform, its interface, and its brand elements belong to their respective owners. Access to the service grants you a right of use for your authorized purposes, without any transfer of ownership of the platform.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to your situation. Please contact us first at contact@seotempo.com to seek an amicable resolution to any dispute. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable rules.

These terms may change. A material change will be brought to your attention and will not retroactively reduce the commitments of a plan you have already subscribed to.
